Yes — and it is more common than you might think. Mobile tyre fitters carry hundreds of tyres in their vans covering the most popular sizes. If your tyre size is in stock (which it is for 90% of UK cars), a fitter can be with you within 1–2 hours.

Same-Day vs Emergency Tyre Fitting: What Is the Difference?

• Same-day fitting: You book in the morning and we arrive at a scheduled time later that day. This is the standard option and costs the normal rate.
• Emergency fitting: You need a fitter immediately — for example, you have a flat tyre on the M25 or outside your child's school. Emergency fitting prioritises your job and may cost an additional £10–£20.

What If My Tyre Cannot Be Repaired?

Sometimes a puncture is too severe to repair — sidewall damage, a tear larger than 6mm, or a run-flat tyre that has been driven on while flat. In these cases, the tyre must be replaced, not repaired. Our fitters carry a wide range of replacement tyres and can fit a new one on the spot. If your preferred brand is not in the van, we can quickly source it from a local supplier.

Weekend and Bank Holiday Tyre Fitting

Most high-street tyre chains close at 5pm on Saturday and do not open on Sundays or bank holidays. But punctures and blowouts do not follow a Monday-to-Friday schedule. Our mobile tyre fitting service operates 7 days a week, 365 days a year — including weekends, bank holidays, and the Christmas period.

Weekend and bank holiday fitting is charged at our standard rates — no surcharge. The only exception is late-night call-outs (11pm–6am) which carry a small £10–£20 premium to cover our driver's unsocial hours.
